The Dallas Cowboys saw the future of the Redskins-Cowboys rivalry on Thanksgiving Day. And the future has RG3 written all over it. Robert Griffin III had his homecoming back to Texas, and what a show he put on as the Redskins beat the Pokes 38-31. The moment that changed the game was Cowboys giving up 4 touchdowns in the 2nd quarter. That has never happened in the history of Cowboys football. Also it was the first time Cowboys qb Tony Romo lost a game in November since being the Cowboys starting QB. The 4 touchdown outburst put the Cowboys in a hole again. And they battled back again with Dez Bryant scoring a long touchdown run. The Cowboys got the game down to 7 points, but lately Rob Ryan’s defense has been giving up points and yards. Plus, they have not came up the key stop to get the ball back for a shot at a win. RG3 marched the Skins downfield to secure the win. Lots of thing are going wrong with the Pokes, injuries, no defensive stops. And the offense playing from so many points behind has got fans worried is there a playoff
run in the Cowboys? The Cowboys are in that bunch of teams battling for those 2 wild card spots. December is coming, and with the December slump, Cincinatti, and Pittsburgh ahead on the schedule, Cowboys fans are wondering are we ready for a dreadful December again.
