New student cast selected for award-winning TV show

The new season of Emmy Award-winning School Zone Dallas begins in September with an all-new cast of student co-hosts and reporters.

The Dallas ISD-produced TV show airs on WFAA-Channel 8, thanks to John Eagle Family of Dealerships.

The cast includes co-hosts Flaviano Graciano, a senior at W.T. White High School, and Niesha Smith, a junior at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.

Reporters on the student-run show are Laura Cardona, senior, W.H. Adamson High School; Stephanie Aguilera, senior, Irma Lerma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School; Olivia Fragoso, senior, Magnet Center for Public Service: Government, Law, and Law Enforcement at Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Center; Lorena Watson, junior, David W. Carter High School; Bryce Romney, senior, Woodrow Wilson High School; and Desmond Richardson, junior, Lincoln Humanities/Communications Magnet High School.
