Bank of America to be Honored for Environmental Commitment

DENVER, CO – Bank of America will be honored for its environmental commitment at a special reception on Monday, August 25, 2008 during the upcoming Democratic National Convention in Denver. The reception will be attended by The Creative Coalition’s delegation to the Convention.

In March 2007, Bank of America announced $20 billion, 10-year environmental initiative to address global climate change by encouraging the development of environmentally sustainable business practices through innovative lending and investment strategies, the creation of new products and services, and operations.

The Creative Coalition’s delegation of observers will include: Ellen Burstyn, Connie Britton, Tim Daly, Dana Delany, Josh Lucas, Zooey Deschanel, Matthew Modine and Spike Lee
